Have you ever wondered How Much Water Should You Drink Everyday? Rule of thumb, you should drink half of your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water. If you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water. Note: You should drink at least 64 oz a day or about 4 water bottles.
